At this time of year, our minds naturally begin to turn to the changes that we'd like to make to our homes. Just a few small tweaks can make a real difference to a space. Rosemary & elderflower collins

Ingredients (serves 2)

100 ml pink gin (we get ours from our neighbours at Ramsbury Estate)
50 ml elderflower liqueur
2 tbsp lemon juice
150ml sparkling water
rosemary sprigs
lemon slice
ice

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice. Shake.

2. Pour evenly into glasses, then top with sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
